isafety co. was contracted by our Church to conduct CPR training. Tim showed up and conducted the training. We gave him check for payment and it was cashed. To date, we have not received our CPR cards and all contacts to reach Tim are disconnected or email gets returned. We want our money refunded or our certification cards sent to us. This is also a big part of our insurance policy, having some members certified in CPR.

On Nov.14, 2018 completed cpr class from this company at the *** central school continuing ed which I paid $55. a 2 yr. certification card was issued to me and on receiving noticed the date is incorrect. It reads completion and expiration as 7/05-2020. it should read 11/14/2020. I called Tim ***, number on business card and left message on machine. that was on 11/21. I called back on 11/23 and spoke to him personally. he mentioned he had got the message. he stated he would get his staff to look it up and send out another corrected card. it is 12/05 and haven't received corrected card. sent email today stating I needed this asap as I have to submit it to my employer. I would like to know where my card is.It seems they don't provide you with any courtesy call to let you know where you stand. Need my cpr certification card which I completed class with correct dates in a reasonable amount of time also the class I completed was not checked marked either, as there are adult, adult and child, adult child and infant choices.
