Miss [redacted] contacted me through her neighbor.she said she wanted the work done I made her a price of 6000$.I did the work performed on the contract.they gave me the paint colors once I applied the paint and finished she said the color was off....

I repaid for the paint out of pocket repainted her job for free. When I got finished she was happy with the work and gave me a check and said she was having me back to paint the front of the house in october.she called me back to touch up the house I went there on a Saturday and spent the day touching up. Her grass and yard was not damaged when we was there. We picked up all of are trash and empty buckets and took them with us.this homeowner has no reason to file a complaint against my company because this homeowner said she did not like the first color it took us a extra 2 days to repaint. I did not ask for any more money and she did not offer I'm sorry this homeowner has buyers remorse if she has touch up work she should have called me.

I do not agree with Mr. [redacted]'s response due to the following reasons and the pictures that are attached. He is correct that I did get a reference from my neighbor to hire him as a contractor. My neighbor is not happy with the work that was completed, but has not filed a complaint yet. Mr. [redacted] is correct that the paint color was wrong. He was given samples of the paint that I had chosen and when I got home the first day I found that the paint colors did not match what I had given him. The first 2 pics will show this. It should have been painted the green and not the gray color. The next set of pictures show the brush and buckets that were left in my yard that I cleaned up the first evening. Also, the water hose was left running in the backyard for an undetermined amount of time that day resulting in a larger water bill. The other pictures that are included show the trash that was left under the deck, the large amounts of paint scrapings that were left in the yard, and the damage done to the grass due to the wash-outs that were completed in the grass. Other pictures depict the trim work that I feel was sub-par work. Mr. [redacted] is correct when he stated that I was going to have him come back and do more "touch up" work. However, he came back and did "some touch up" work and the paintbrush "wash-outs" were then done on my back deck (pictures show the damage that was done then) and I determined that I did not want any more damage done to my yard, decks, or have him continue to come back to complete work that was not done correctly the first time. It has now been almost 2 months since the work was completed and the pictures will show that the yard is still damaged (he told me that after I mowed the yard would recover) and that paint is starting to peel off of the chimney. I continue to find more areas along the windows and deck where the paint is either peeling or was not completed. I did pay Mr. [redacted] the agreed upon amount before all of the touch up work and clean up was completed. I do NOT have "buyers remorse" as Mr., [redacted] stated....I just want a refund so that I can have my house repainted, deck "wash out" damage repaired and landscaping fixed. I am unable to add all of the pictures that depict that damage that was done to my yard and deck. I would like to be able to include all of the pictures of the work that Mr. [redacted] completed. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

Mr. [redacted] and I are not going to come to an agreement on this issue. I am resubmitting pictures of the paint color that was wrong, the damage done to my yard, and to my deck. Yes, months have passed since the work was completed as this process of working with the Revdex.com takes time. I do not want Mr. [redacted] to come back to my home to do touch up work because the last time he came back was when the paint wash outs were preformed on the deck and the deck was damaged. Pictures of this are included. Since Mr. [redacted] is not willing to refund the money I am asking instead for $1500 to repair the damage done to my deck and yard and to be compensated for the "clean up" that I had to do. The attached pictures show the damage that was done and also the mess that was left.
