Irvine Company Apartment Communities

They deserve negative stars. Irvine Company has been focused on ripping off residents and cost cutting on services and maintenance. Apartments are getting neglected, provided with cheap replacement parts (for e.g. recently a blind was replaced with a cheap thin quality one, they don't have good showerheads) Worst part is the Lease Renewal for existing residents. They have hired the most rude people who do some arbitrary pricing raising the rents exorbitantly. They don't even listen to residents complaints regarding rent increases. The lease renewals supervisor doesn't let this escalated to senior management. [redacted], you are VERY RUDE and a bad PR person. Not sure management have idea that everyone calls them a mafia company for exploiting people with a monopoly in the area. They wouldn't care anyways!!! No point in staying here, I would suggest new residents to avoid this place.
