Adams experience with Iron Gloves online store.We've been experiencing difficulty with our online server, and a few of our orders have been lost during the process.  We were able to catch those lost orders through...

our online contact us page.  However, Mr. B[redacted] was never received.  Sorry to say that we have no record of his attempt to contact us via email or by phone.  We pride ourselves of our excellent customer service, please know that if we'd received word directly from Mr. B[redacted] we would have taken care of his lost order, immediately.We will contact this customer directly and resolve.  We will notify you of the outcome.Thank you for your letter.
