Customer came to fix broken charging port on their tabletThis particular tablet requires soldering for new charge port so we installed and soldered the charging port at our warehouseAlso, its important to note that we tested the tablet at our warehouse with original oem charger and it worked fineAt our store, we don't stock these chargers so when customer came we did not have charger at the storeCustomer took it home and was not able to charge with their charger at the house as the battery was deadSome of these electronics don't usually charge the device proper if an after market charger is usedWe recommended to customer that they buy original oem charger, these original chargers are pretty expensive and not cheap, customer did not want to spend money to buy original charger and opted to buy one from Verizon an after market charger and of course it will not workWe recommend that customer buy an original charger for this tablet, they don't have to buy from us if they don't like our price but at this time, tablet is fine and working and only thing customer has to do is buy an original charger to charge their deviceSimilar to this tablet, there are many other smart electronic devices that only work properly with original charger, like apple iphones and ipads

Ok this seems to be a problem with my computers and I can't get into it I was wondering if we could take care of it over the phone or if you could do something to wipe it clean I just didn't want anything negative on the computer for their business I ended up jumping the gun got frustrated went out and bought my kid a new tablet to come and find out they did fix it and the original charger from the new tablet ended up charging the tablet had them fix the only issue I had with the him was if you were fixing a product and you own a business why would you charge the product before you gave it back other than that everything's good thank you
