Tried to get refund on my purchase sent form they have online not once but twice no response. I also sent an email still no response
On 6/22/18 ordered lace dress from IRockBags. I received item from China on July 5 and it didn't look like what was described in picture. It also doesn't fit right. So I sent the return form twice to their website telling theming I wanted a refund with no response. I then emailed them around July 28 requesting refund still no response
If they plan on scamming people they should not be in business. Someone isn't satisfied give them a refund as soon as possible. Many companies do it!
