Review: I returned a shirt for exchange for a different size. Prior to returning the item, I received an authorization code and mailing label from the merchant, which I used. According to USPS, the merchant received the return shipment on Dec 24, 2013. I have had no communication from the merchant since I received the mailing label (via email). The merchant has not answered its phone, retuned a phone message or replied to my email re the delivery issue.Desired Settlement: Send me the exchanged product or provide me with a full credit
Review: I ordered 2 auto magnets at 7.95 each as part of largrr order. These 2 products were never received. My credit card has been charged for the total order of $41.70 which includes the 15.90 for the 2 magnets. I have called the business three times. They do not answer their phone or respond to messages. Have also mailed letter to their address.Desired Settlement: I either wnt my merchandise or a credit to my credit card.

Review: I ordered a item ( notre dame rug) and never received it, and they charged my credit card $52.00
they don't answer the phone, respond to e-mails or phone messages!
they have several complaints against them filed with the Revdex.comDesired Settlement: get my money back ASAP
Review: On November 8, 2014 I purchased an item through their website for $63.20, order #[redacted] with two day shipping. On November 10th they processed the payment on my credit card. As of November 25th I have not received my purchase. I have sent four emails to their customer service via their website without any response. I left two voicemail messages without a response and now their voicemail box is full. I don't know if they are out of business and still taking people's money or not but I either want what I paid for with a refund on the extra shipping or a full refund and canceled order.Desired Settlement: I either want what I paid for with a refund on the extra shipping or a full refund and canceled order.
Review: In August of 2014, I placed an order to Irishfanshop.com. I was not satisfied with one of the items so returned it for a refund/credit to my credit card. This return was on 8/29/14 of which I have the postal receipt with insurance. I returned another item in that order for an exchange of a different size. I have tried several times to contact this company by phone (no one ever answers) , left messages, and sent several emails regarding this lack of assistance. To this date I have not received a credit for the returned item or the item of exchange for a different size. My credit card was charged with the original order back in August of 2014.Desired Settlement: I wish to be credited for the first returned item (a picture) and would like a different size for the second return (belt).
