iRepairNM - excellent service
My husband had iRepairNM replace the screen on his Samsung phone and a week later dropped it in the water hazard at UNM golf course. iRepairNM staff worked to dry it out and get it back up and running. Needed to replace the screen again to see if it would work. They did, when the phone did not work they did NOT charge him for the screen, only for the dry-out work. They also replaced the battery on my Dell laptop that Dell had replaced with a defective battery. Much cheaper than Dell and computer runs like it did when I first bought it. These folks did great jobs on both or our devices. I recommend them highly.

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:MrAllen D***' response is clearly falseI am a year old man who has submitted a completely honest complaint against his companyI hired him to replace a broken screen on an iPhone as stated in my original complaint, and that screen is defectiveHe set a date to come look at the defective screen, then canceled, and I gave him the opportunity to re-schedule which he did notHe has never looked at the defective screen, so there is no way he can claim that it is damageAs stated in my complaint, I have verified with both Verizon and Apple that the screen is defective and the issue is UNDER the glassThe Glass remains in tact, so there is no way it can be damageI have given MrD [redacted] and iRepairNM every opportunity to either replace the defective screen or refund my $80, he has chosen to do neitherHe has also been harrassing me non-stop, calling my place of business to talk to my employer, and threatening me to remove my reviews on Yelp, Facebook, Craigslist, and the Revdex.comOur company business phone number is recorded, so can provide the audio from his calls to my employer in which he threatened my employer and called him many unprofessional names such as "a pimple on his butt"I don't really care about his childish games, he is clearly either mentally unstable or just very immature, but as a consumer I have a right to post my reviews and conduct a legitimate complaint on the Revdex.com, and I have already stated that I will not remove any unless I am refunded my moneyI will remove all my reviews and complaints if/when I have been refunded my money, otherwise, I am unhappy customer who has every right to post my experience Regards, [redacted] ***[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]

this person damaged his phone after I repaired and is now in trouble with his father and lied about breaking it I have asked him and his father several times to leave aloneI will not contact the police and ask for a restraining orderHe has called my house and threatened me with

I am rejecting this response because:Mr. Allen D[redacted]' response is clearly false. I am a 37 year old man who has submitted a completely honest complaint against his company. I hired him to replace a broken screen on an iPhone 6 as stated in my original complaint, and that screen is defective. He set a date to come look at the defective screen, then canceled, and I gave him the opportunity to re-schedule which he did not. He has never looked at the defective screen, so there is no way he can claim that it is damage. terrible service, replace my broken screen with a scratched one. when questioning him he threw a tantrum and left.

The owner Allen Davis is a complete leaf scam artist and flat out horrible person he threatened not only me but my family's well-being at our own home and stole from us. I wouldn't even recommend this person to my worst enemy absolutely horrible person to deal with

Review: I initially contacted [redacted] from "iRepairNM" to come work on a project which required refurbishing one cellular device out of two devices I had available. he mentioned the service fee was $50 for a screen swap and an extra $20 for a full refurbish. once he finished the job he mentioned the device he worked on was not functioning correctly and may not work at all, he mention the service will be free of charge if the phone does not work by the following day as long as he gets to keep my second device. when I finally reached out to him this morning letting him know the phone indeed was not working and I wanted to pay him for his services and have my old phone back how I originally had it, he refused and said he lost money on the job and couldn't help me anymore. I tried complaining but he ignored the issue.Desired Settlement: would like to have both my devices back to their original shape since he took one of them as payment rather than the service fee we discussed
