My Credit Program is clear and straight forward. It is a 6-month program not a 1-month plus you must maintain your own credit monitoring servicer. No one other than the person signing up for credit monitoring should be the one signing up. Security questions are asked that I will be unable to answer, therefore I have the client sign up themselves.

*** has deactivated her credit monitoring account multiple times, which put her in breached of her contract. For me to be successful, I always must have access to credit reports. She has not allowed the time frame needed to complete the job. She started in May and was requesting refund June. Due to COVID the dispute process has taken the credit bureaus longer; 60 days rather than 30-45 days. All of this was CLEARLY communicated. Many dispute letters have been sent to credit bureaus since May and is NOT due a refund of the $215 that my services guarantee. The guarantee I offer my clients is that on the 7 months, if I am unable to remove ANYTHING that I will refund minus mailing fees. There was a bunch of work put into her reports because of all the negative items. Although this client is NOT DUE a refund, I will refund her SOME of her money for work already done plus mailing fees. People like this is what is wrong with the world. She could have potentially clean reports for free because of all the letters already sent that are pending response.
