Irenovate & Fences N` Decks

Poor Quality work...not completed on time
Poor quality contract changed at his convenience
Poor workmanship on my fence....removal of wood and asking for more money for additional wood for a fence that was not completed to speck
Lying about the contract and getting upset and rude regarding the work and my issues with it
Never use this company or the owner

We used David and his team on three occasions now.. For a deck and Fence on the back of our property.. And a new basement apartment... Irenovate staff were amazing guys... Really nice and informative .. David handled everything from permits to city inspections and overseeing his guys.. And was a pleasure to deal with., he really gave my husband and I the hometown friendly experience with a lot of guidance in building us a beautiful deck out back to rntertain on.. And a lovely one bedroom apartment in our basement foruch lower in price than others quoted.. I would recommend David and his team!!!!

Had David... And his guys out to renovate my basement.,,what a amazing expierience..,David informed me of all the up today's Reno choices that made my basement beautiful and up to today's style and at the same time affordable!!!
We loved working with the Irenovate guys so much.. We've just recently had them out again to build a deck for us... And guys from fences n decks were the same professional skilled trades as the Irenovate guys... Thank you so very much David.. We love our deck!!!
