We respect that this individual disagrees with our decision and judgment. But the claim was not fraudulent. He did in fact stop on the track which triggered a caution period which effects the outcome of the race. We have rules that he physically agreed to abide by before...
his account was created. It was the judgment of the official that he intentional caused the caution period to benefit himself in that race. This is a form of cheating in any definition. He did use the appeals process and a separate committee review the situation. It was also their judgement that he intentionally caused a caution period. It is and has always been our policy NOT to make the outcome of protests public and we do not disclose the penalty to anyone else except the member being penalized. He's chose to make this public by contacting the Revdex.com. The Revdex.com is NOT part of an appeals process. Filing complaints with the Revdex.com for issues of rules infractions is a waste of time for the Revdex.com. We have a business and competition model. He was aware of this before his account was created. There are rules, there is a protest system, members are suspended, when in our judgement, have violated those rules. This fact is not hidden from anyone. We will not be giving any credit or apologizing for enforcing our Sporting Rules, Rules of Conduct, End User License Agreement, and Terms of Use, that he agreed to abide by before creating his account. iRaicng.com
Iracing has never once banned me from there service I have been suspended for a couple weeks just like everyone else that plays the game. I have countless emails from [redacted] harnessing and excusing me of things I have not done. Iracing has a system in place that shows how many wrecks a driver has caused its called INC and a number is given based on that. My stats alone as in wins and average finishing place shows otherwise from what he is saying. My emails from [redacted] and [redacted] shows the personal attacks from them and if need be I can show proof of that. This response comes from [redacted] and his pride and stubbornness with taking the time to have a open mind about my membership is just not fair. [redacted] is who the Revdex.com needs to talk to. He is taking this personal excusing me of the reason members supposedly left which I doubt even one left due to me. They have 58,000 members but yet Im to blame if someone leaves. Again look at my stats and look at the complaints I have made regarding the members on the service. Regards,
