I am responding to the complaint filed by [redacted]. Back when the trailer was reserved it was, I believe co-workers of [redacted]’s that came and made the reservation. They reserved a car-carrier and he showed up with a full size truck.  It was never discussed what the trailer would be used...

for.  When he came back to load the truck, I had said, there was no way he was getting that truck on that trailer.  I had stayed late to try to help him and accommodate him. I called [redacted] to see if they had anything larger that would hold the truck and they didn’t. His wife ended up driving the truck down to Florida, but I am not responsible for all these expenses, because his friends ordered the wrong trailer.
