Review: I have a signed receipt and contract for a bond that was posted back in Feb of 2012. The amount paid was to be held as collateral until disposition of the case was presented and finalized which was done on 12/**/2013 then submitted on 12/**/2013. I have left numerous messages at each of their numbers provided and after seven months I have yet to receive a response. An employee there said the only way to get the money that is due back to is to file a lawsuit against them. These business practices, in order for them to fulfill their contract and agreed upon terms would be taking them to court, are impractical and should not be approved of in the state of NY.Desired Settlement: $5,300 was paid but it is understood that fees will be deducted after the dispostion is complete I was told that I would be receiving about $3,900 because they keep a percentage of this money, which is understandable I was told by an employee that I would receive no money & they are not going to get back to me unless I take them to court & the court obligates them to fulfill their contract. I would like a refund for the amount that was paid, less the fees that are to be deducted for their fees

Response:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Sincerely,
Review: Refund of bail not issued in a timely manner. [redacted] and /or staff mishandled paperwork and my documents were not submitted in a timely manner after I was told it was. I was given a timeframe of 90 days from the date my paperwork was submitted back in Oct. 2013, and as of today, June **, 2014 I have not received anything. I have spoken to [redacted] on several occasions and he assured me that the paperwork was resubmitted in April, 2014 but no refund has yet to be issued.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund given to me as soon as possible. I have waited an additional 6 months from the original timeframe I was given and also almost an additional 60 days from the second time I was told paperwork was submitted. I need my case to be handled in the same manner as if I was a high profile client.
