I am sorry to hear about the trouble you have had with your sights. I couldn’t find record of an email, or warranty request from you. I’m wondering if maybe you spoke to a different company, as we do not have a Martin that works for us. However, we would love the opportunity
to make this situation right. Please submit a warranty request with our online portal using the link below. We can then, either have you send those sights back to us and we will swap them out, or if you’d like to proceed with a refund we can do that too. Company states that they have received the product back and have replaced the product as well as provided a refundThe refund has not been mailed out yet, but it is in process

Company states that they have already completed the refund on November 15th.
