IPA Asset Management

I can honestly say this is the most honest and most reliable company I have ever dealt with. I've been a renter for 4 years and I haven't had any issues. If I do have a minor issue like a toilet clog, they are on top of it right away. Great staff and great company. If I can give 10 stars I would.

The IPA was a terrible company to deal with not returning phone calls or emails, saying I owed them money for utilities outside of the lease dates when all my records prove that the utilities I was responsible for were paid. They disregarded services done my me like I never completed what was agreed upon. If you ever deal with the IPA Asset Management LLC make sure you keep records of every date and transaction a terrible fraudulent company to deal with!
