Iowa Floors Inc

We would never recommend Iowa Floors. They were hired to install our heated tile floor in a new sunroom. Within 4 to 6 months the tiles started letting go and the caulk started to crumble. They finally came out but not sure whether they knew how to repair. They just glued the 6 tiles down and used caulk that DID NOT match.

Since then the caulk in several places throughout the floor has crumbled (I can send photos). We leave messages for Jason and he doesn't return our calls. We finally emailed him through the Revdex.com and he actually did come out on 10/29/14. He definitely agreed we had a problem but wasn't sure what happened. On Friday the 31st of October he called and said he had ordered the caulk. Since then, once again he won't return our phone calls. We offered to pay for the repairs (if he'd give us a quote) and even offered to pay for the matching caulk and try to repair it ourselves, but NO WORD). I really don't think they know what to do with the repairs (we're not even sure the original caulk was ever sealed!) We could never recommend them for installing a heated floor.
