SO when IOFFER say they encourage me to do the following, what more am I suppose to do, I keep doing the procedure and nothingI have ordered from ioffer before this and didn't have any problemsI'm don't understand how or why I just want to get the resolveSo if Ioffer saying, they talked to seller why haven't the seller contacted me,none of my information has changed, I feel this is way for Ioffer to get the Revdex.com off their backI want this RESOLVE, the messed up part is that this order was for mother's day, I volunteer at domestic violence shelters & I got with the kids to find their mom something for mother's day,each child picked out what he/she wanted to give to their mom, It's not about just the money it's about the disappointment in those kids facesI have tried to get the seller to just send the order & nothing! I did everything I was suppose to do as buyer and I want my money, this shouldn't have never happened but it did & NO I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A MESSAGE, A PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING FROM SELLER OR IOFFER!!! What sad is this seller is still selling in a 3rd different name, I know last time I told Ioffer & prove that the seller was under a different name selling I was locked out my account & I'm not able to order anything from another sellerI just want my money back THAT'S All!!! Some sellers through their site are not honest, however, they are great at fixing the problem on their end.

DO NOT USE this web site for anything Selling or Purchasing because they will SELL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, I singed up for selling, you need to enter a credit card payment to able to register as a seller, the verification system does not work and then they will restrict your account, I closed the account and just right after that my email account was flooded with to JUNK emails everyday, WARNING WARNING WARNING, read all the complaints and don't fall for their SCAM -- DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I ordered two dog collars.leashes from offer on October 13, from a seller named [redacted] The products were said to be delivered in the range November - November 22, I have been contacting the seller for over a month now trying to get a refund as he claims the package is on its way yet when I click on the tracking information it shows that the tracking history stopped in October and never went any further than thatI do believe I am being scammed and I would like a refund for my two purchases of $

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Sincerely, [redacted] What a horrible response by this company IOfferI read the response by IOffer to the Revdex.com and my complaintIt's incredible that a company will put their name up on something and then except no responsibility when the customer doesn't get what he was told by the advertisementI would advise any customer dealing with IOffer and the other companies that they are involved with, until IOffer gets a phone number like any other legitimate business that a customer can call to cancel, change a size of the product or any other problem a customer just may haveI would've never done business with a company who doesn't have a legitimate phone number to contact them withThey have a number but it's no good All I could do was call a fake number that they have set up that no one ever answersIt is just a voice-mail answering service of some type that won't return a callIt tells you to leave a message just as they do with an email address that only sends back automated emails that make no senseI tried tracking my product that I ordered by the USPS tracking system, and then the USPS Tracking System lost track of it and the next thing I knew I was completely out of optionsI called the USPS Tracking System, they asked my what kind of company was I dealing with and then I knew I was in troubleI now could not track my lost product by USPS, which you are told that you could do, and I could not get a response by their fake and automated email address they give you, and I could not speak to anyone about my issue at their fake and phony phone number that they listI would advise anyone not to do business with IOffer or anyone that is affiliated with them until they are willing to take responsibility for something and until they get a legitimate email address, a legitimate tracking system and a legitimate phone number that you can call and discuss an issue that you may have with themAny company without a legitimate contact number is probably not legitimate, and any company who puts their name on something, but then doesn't want to take any responsibility for any of the issues that arise is not a legitimate company, and not willing to satisfy it's customer and most likely could care less about the customer, and should not be trusted in any way whatsoeverI learned this the hard way, but I want to save anyone else who plans on ordering through this bad systemDo not do business with this company

I ordered a pair of knock off Nike Roshe Run's for $from the seller ' [redacted] ' on February 12thThe merchant seller had a 98% satisfaction rate with over customersAs soon as my payment went through this merchants account practically vanishedIt became a brand new account with feedback and active listings.The merchant stopped responding to me as soon as my payment went throughIt seems very like that Ioffer is working with these scammers offering trustworthy accounts to the scam artists for some kind of compensation

I made a purchase on March 29, for a product I have never received or offered a returnI contacted the seller on multiple occasions and was told the product was on it's way.! NEVER GOT ANYTHING JUST TOOK MY MONEY!

I ordered about items from the seller [redacted] on I offer and he took my money and then a few days after processing my payment told me that the order would be canceled I never received my usd back for the purchases I made and he keeps playing games with me when I try to comunicate this with him
