Ordered 2 chairs on 9.24.13. Delivery promised within "6-8 weeks". We have yet to receive these chairs that are paid in full. Ordered 2 custom chairs on 9/24/13. Promised delivery within 6-8 weeks. Still have not received. Promised on 12/4/13 that the chairs would be delivered in the following week, yet we still do not have them not have we heard from IO Metro. They issues two chairs that are on loan until ours come in, as a concession. However, said chairs were to be removed last week and our new ones that's we ordered were to be delivered. Desired SettlementDelivery of both chairs immediately and a refund of 50% of the total purchase price. Business Response The chairs in question have been delivered to the customer as of this week (12/31), approximately 13 weeks after the order was initiated. All custom furniture orders from IO Metro have an 8-12 week lead time and according to Mr. [redacted] sales associate, this information was disclosed at the time of sale. Mr. [redacted] contacted IO Metro Customer Service on 12/04/13 stating that he had an event planned at his home for the following Saturday (12/7) and had to have the chairs delivered by that date to accommodate his guests. Since his chairs were not going to be in in time, IO Metro paid a delivery company to take the 2 model chairs from the store to Mr. [redacted] home for his use until the correct chairs arrived. These 'loaner' chairs were delivered to Mr. [redacted] the morning of 12/7 as per his request and our agreement.As of today 1/2/14, I have received notification from Mr. [redacted] that there seems to be an issue with the mechanism on the bottom of one of the new chairs. I have offered him a substantial discount off of both chairs and am currently awaiting his response.
