When you had left our business, the stylist did cut a bit shorter than you had asked (we take full responsibility for it) and the receptionist had applied a discount for the inconvenience. You had said the color was not a problem when the stylist was done, that the hair cut was your only concern. We had spent several hours working with you and we are sure your time is valuable as well as the stylists. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience we have caused you.
