The additional $was a "rush fee" required to obtain information for the customer's closing so the closing did not have to be delayed. In discussing this with the office manger initially, I did not feel we should be responsible for this additional fee since we did not charge the fee.
It was charged by a 3rd party company the subject property uses to collect fees. However, I wanted to do something for our customer which is why I offered $50. However, I spoke to my manager yesterday and became aware that the employee at the office told the customer or gave him the impression that we would refund the full amount so I agreed to honor that and the manager made him aware. I hope he is happy with that result If there is anything else we need to do or other facts I am not aware of I would like to know. *** ***

We apologize for the length of time it has taken to rectify this problem and obtain the necessary releases of the Deeds of Trust at issue.  All of the necessary inquiries and requests have been made to  obtain these documents and we anticipate receiving sometime this week of 11/13. ...
