Review: Recieved an unsolicited phone call from Investors Management Company regarding the resale of our Mexican timeshare. An unknown party wanted to purchase a block of 41 properties within the Mayan Resorts and if were we interested. According to the original purchase documents, we were obligated to pay, upfront, 5 years of maintenance fees. We agreed. Thousands of dollars were forwared to a Mexican bank account.Invesors Management assured us that the purchaser would reimburse these fees upon completion of tranaction, which was to be completed within 30 days.We also requested referrals, which we recived in 5 business days, and we contacted the 2 referrals, who were very pleased with the services they had received. After 30 days without completion, additional fees were requested to be transferred to the Mexican bank account. We were unable to comply and were advised that if we were to cancel the transaction, there was a $4000.00 cancellation fee which was also to be paid in advance. We complied with the the second transaction, which was to be reimbursed by the purchaser. After an additional 2 weeks, we were informed that everything was in order and a request for our banking information was required to transfer the sale price and all costs associated. However, additional delays and and review of our file showed that we were also to pay comission fees, up front and since that had not been requested prior, our file was delayed for not satisfying the conditions. The sales persons, Mr. [redacted] and Mr. [redacted] waived those fees. An additional 2 weeks, and another request for thousands of dollars came thru. We have refused. The original contract states termination after 90 days or upon completion. This process has been streached to 90 days by Investors Managment Company who continually frustrated this process, thousands of dollars transferred, and no completion has been reached. We are not satisfied and require full restitution of all monies forwarded and complete cancellation of the contract.Desired Settlement: Full restitution of all monies paid and written cancellation of the resale Contract.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Investors Management Company regarding complaint ID 10123880, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Investors Management has promised and guaranteed complete resolution and restitution on 3 seperate occasions, however, they have requested additional payments on the three different occasions.After the last payment, I was unable to reach the company by phone or e-mail for 10 days. We have refused to forward any more money and at this time, they are still insisting additional payments. The transaction is at a standstill.
