*** ** *** *** contracted to do work on two bathrooms, one powder room and a master bedroom This began in May of 2015; at this time, some issues are still unresolved: missing or mismatched decorative metal for three sink overflows, a towel bar falling from the wall and paint chipped from the new bathtub I have not gotten responses to two text messages sent months ago after she first promised to send someone to correct the problems This project has been a series of errors: wrong sink fixtures, wrong tile and unnecessary damage

A "simple" outdoor pagoda project, or so we thought. We hired a contractor to help negotiate the permit and inspection process. Almost every inspection failed the first time, completion of project (which was not even completed to our specifications) was 11 months after estimated completion date and the final bill has been presented - $9000 above estimate with no warning or updates to estimate during the project. Communication was like drawing teeth - had to call and email constantly to get any updates.
