September 13, Re: Complaint ID #: [redacted] We are responding to the above referenced consumer complaintThe complainant contracted with our company in June for assistance in submitting his invention to industry in an attempt to obtain a good faith reviewOur records indicate that his services are being performed in accordance with his contract with usWe have prepared descriptive materials about the complainant's invention such as brochures, press releases and invention summaries and have submitted this information to companiesThe complainant's invention was included in the [redacted] at our [redacted] ***The complainant received company responses as a result of his invention's [redacted] His invention is also scheduled for inclusion in the Virtual Trade Show, which is his brochure shown on an electronic device We also referred the complainant to an independent patent attorney and his invention is now patent pending with the United States Patent & Trademark Office as a result The complainant acknowledged our company disclosures which clearly state the high-risk nature of invention services upon his initial contact with our companyAs a factual matter, lnventHelp® has executed more licensing agreements than any other competing companyWe publish and distribute our track record which shows in the past years that we have entered into license agreements on our clients' behalf with companies throughout the United StatesWe believe we have a long-standing record and do not believe that the complainant's efforts could surpass our own performance However, what we will not do, is promise, or guarantee a company will respond, much less express an interest in an inventionWe believe this to be the root of the complainant's issue Incidentally, the complainant also signed a contract agreeing to pay a feeIt is the complainant who is in breach of contract and has not paid for the services he is receivingIt is also interesting that the complainant is demanding a refund of $11,000, when he only paid $6400; he still owes $7,of which $past due We reached out to the complainant in an effort to resolve this matter and he refused to discuss his concerns Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionSincerely, Lark B***Compliance Manager

We are writing to update you on our efforts regarding the above referenced consumer On July 2, 2014, the complainant contracted with InventHelp for the preparation of a Basic Information Package (BIP) report on his inventionIn addition, a Preliminary Patentability Search and Opinion was conducted for the idea by a patent law firm to which InventHelp refers its clients’ patent workThis information is also included in the bIHThe total cost of the above mentioned service was $ We do not believe this to be a legitimate complaintThe sales representative's records indicate that he did speak with the client on three occasions; July 15[h July 30th and August 25th while the client also received emails on July 9th, July 23rd and August 6th Although we do not agree with the complainant, we reached out to our client and resolved her concerns Accordingly, we request that your file on this complaint be closedThank vou for bringing this matter to our attention

This complainant contracted with our company over ½ years ago for assistance in submitting his invention to industry in the hope of obtaining a good faith review Upon receipt of this complaint we reached out to the complainant During our discussion, we explained each of the services we performed on his behalf as well as the dates that we notified him of our efforts Our company prepared descriptive materials about the invention such as brochures, press releases, invention summaries, placement in catalogs, etc., and submitted these materials to companies in the hope of obtaining feedback on the invention Our company also prepared a Virtual Invention Presentation (VIP) and the invention was included in our Virtual Trade Show The complainant’s press release was also posted to an online publicity distribution service His press release received 74,Headline Impressions from News Aggregators, full press release reads and Total Online Pickups as a result It is our understanding that the consumer’s invention is currently patent pending with the US Patent and Trademark Office Throughout the term of the services, we have no record that the complainant expressed any of the concerns stated in his complaint We believe it is unfair at this late date to make these unsubstantiated claimsWhile we do not agree that a refund in any amount is warranted, simply in a good faith effort to resolve this matter, in our discussion with the complainant we offered to cancel his account balance of over $thereby relieving him of any further financial obligations The complainant indicated that he would get back to us In the meantime, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention Sincerely, LARK B***Compliance Manager

On January 13, 2011, the complainant contracted with inventhelp@ for the preparation of a Basic Information Package (BIP) report on his inventionThe BIP assembles basic information about an invention, idea, concept or new product and the history of
its development in a report formatThe total cost of the above mentioned services was $790.The complainant did sign a Retail installment contract with *** *** *** agreeing to make monthly payments for the services for which he contractedThe complainant has not made the agreed upon payments, the account is in arrears and in fact, has been charged offUpon receipt of this complaint, we reached out to the complainant, by telephone, mail and email, but to date we have not heard back from himin order to resolve this matter, it requires the complainant's cooperationThank you from bringing this matter to our attentionSincerely,

All I did was fill out an online form to request some information about Invent Help's serviceEver since then, they have called me numerous timesAnd they have filled up my inbox on my emailI tired to unsubscribe by hitting the link attached to every email and it doesn't workI even replied to an email and told them to stop harassing me or I was going to report them to the Revdex.com and whatever other organization would listenThe emails just keep comingDo Not give this company your phone number or email

I was falsely lead on by the representative of invention help Sherry that my invention would take offI have been making payments towards patent for my invention of which years later I am still making paymentsThere ya been no outcome just a matter of papers of my invention being “shopped” out to possible placesI was overall lied to into signing a contract to pay basically Sherry’s salary and would like to be refunded my hard earned money and to move on from this nightmare

They make you believe they will have a prototype of your invention created which is not true You pay for them to submit your idea to other companies This is all Technically you are paying $10,for them to submit your idea to other companies for them to think about creating it Waste of time and money

We spoke at length with our client in an effort to
resolve
this matter. While the complainant’s
concerns stem from his frustration with the preparation of his submission materials,
we explained that since we are dealing with ideas and innovations, it is
possible for misinterpretations or misunderstandings to occur We make every effort to prepare the materials
to the client’s complete satisfaction.
Nevertheless, upon receipt of the complaint, we did reach
out to our client to discuss the matter and resolved his concerns. Accordingly, we request that your file on
