God help you if you sign up for QuickBooks Bill Pay - they have so many departments de-claiming responsibility for whatever error you get that you spend a half a day getting transferred between them - Plus of course automated attendants when you call in - If they cared about their customers we'd get a real person when we called and they'd be deeply trained enough to solve our problems Deserves to go out of business They've "captured" us but it won't be forever
Contacted Intuit to process my credit cards They have refused to release funding Otiginially they requested documentation which was provided immediately Then they stated they didn't release the funding due to them inputting the owners birthdate wrong After this they refused to release my funding and stated they have every right to not process payment to their clients I have over hours in with this company and I would steer anyone away from this company for their process We are ending our business and we have still not received the $7, They are also holding $14,of customer funding which I refunded based on their recommendation after they stated too Now they are refusing to release any funds I have spoken to various associates in even high levels and no one is able to comprehend until hours of discussions what they issues are Some names are Isreal, Jeraldine, Rachel, Amber and more
Questionable business practices Horrific customer service Specifically regarding Quicken: It is their standard policy to "discontinue online services" in their software after only three years, effectively crippling the application There is no notice of this limitation at the time of purchase There is absolutely no customer service, no phone number, and only chat-style technical support for a fee The only option you are given is to re-purchase your software, even though nothing has changed with either your or your banks' computers This is an institutionalized business practice of planned obsolescence Their claims of the challenges of supporting old software or the value of their new features is laughable My professional opinion as a software developer is that it would be trivial to maintain current functionality for at least years, and that their incremental enhancements do not warrant a "forklift" upgrade
It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for them to credit me back my moneyThey overcharged me on services I didn't useI must have spoke to about customer service rep's all telling me that they will reimburse me the money in a few weeksI'm still waiting
I had to cancel my Discover Credit Card today because this company charged my account I have not done tax return business with them or purchased their accounting products Maybe they have been hacked and it was not intentional It is troublesome for me I will never use their Turbo Tax service now
I began my attempt to sign up for Intuit's payroll services in the beginning of AprilAfter gathering and submitting the required information to begin the process I was informed mid May that they cancelled my account due to not submitting the information, which I didSo foolishly my company decided to try again with [redacted] payroll through another on-board payroll specialistHe repeatedly stated he would look at the information I submitted that day, but when I asked for updates he still had not looked at any of the informationThis continued for a month before he finally looked it over and said that they could not at this time help my company with payroll and to try again in January So my company wasted months trying to activate [redacted] payroll, with no reason as to why they could not accommodate my companyTheir customer service is terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone
WORSTPAYMENTSERVICEI HAVE EVER USED!!! My clients usually pay with cash or check, but I had a new out of town client that wanted to pay with his card, so I signed up for Intuit Quickbooks payment since I use their invoicing systemWe did separate jobs for this client, ran his card for the first, no problems except they are really slow on depositing the funds into your accountWhen we completed the second job, I went to run his card and it was approved, but then the next day I get a calls saying they need all this information to validate the chargeI gave them all requested information and received an automated email response saying reviews will be completed in business daysWell, after an entire week, and days of trying to get a hold of someone for an answer, I finally get in contact with a rep and they tell me they were unable to verify the charge, but can not give me a reason WHY! Then says I'll have to return payment and ask the customer to give another form of paymentSo I just went almost weeks without the funds and no answers to this "review" just so I have to call my client and have to ask them to pay a different way? This is seriously the biggest inconvenience to my company I have ever had to deal withI asked them to please close my account and that I will NEVER process another payment with Intuit again
Turbo Tax made a large mistake on both Federal and state returns...it cost me thousand's I tried to file a claim against their "Accuracy Guarantee" They rejected it, and will not even discuss with me, why they did dismiss it Terrible communication

You clearly don't know the entire story, don't really care to and haven't read the complaint I filed with the Revdex.com By using [redacted] my identity - soc., birth date, everything has been stolen THIS INCLUDES MY WIFE AND KIDS I had to find this out by calling the IRS and dealing with them for hours Finally, after getting through to the correct department, the FRAUD DEPARTMENT, I was told about my identity Then, I had to verify who I am for another minutes Relieved that I finally verified my identity, the the woman in the IRS fraud department told me I would have to wait another weeks for my tax return Yes, that rightanother months!! My heart sank again All because [redacted] couldn't protect me Now, my family and I are completely screwed, to say the least, and it's all Turbotax's fault!! It's clearly your employers fault because of the hacking issue making them unable to protect their customers Making it worse, I called your company on different occasions during my hold/interaction process with the IRS I suggest you pull up these calls The first woman was nice but completely unhelpful and not the brightest She gave me a random, useless phone number and sent me on my way Te second time I called, the lady was nice, said she new about the hacking issue and was trying to help but the call got disconnected The third call, the lady I spoke to was possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever gone through I told her I would contact the Revdex.com and file a complaint, she said "that's fine" I told her about the IRS fraud department telling me about the hacking issue, and that I saw it on the news She basically told me I was making it up and said "I watch the news and didn't see it" Now, since all of this has happened, I have done my research I've found A TON of people that were aware of this issue, hearing it through almost every outlet EXCEPT [redacted] I get bombarded with emails daily about every update that TurboTax does, but for some reason, I was never notified once by your company that this was going on Now that I've done my research, like I said, it turns out that there have been many more people than me that have had the same issue I guarantee, I will find a lot more if necessary This situation isn't just a problem that requires a courtesy call from [redacted] survey department To be honest, it's an insult Your company has put my kids and I in a horrible "life" position The only solution is the resolution that I provided in my Revdex.com claim If my full tax return is not deposited into my bank by the end of business today, (LIKE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE YESTERDAY) I will proceed with everything I said Because your company has affected my children, I will not stop getting my story out to the publicI've spoken to different class action lawsuit lawyers regarding this issue After hearing my story, they are foaming at the mouth, hoping I call them back today I've also spoken to my personal lawyer and will immediately start personal fillings if necessary I have already contacted [redacted] news and a variety of different print outlets I will go to them first thing in the morning if necessary I will also post my message in this email, along with my Revdex.com complainy on every online source I can find This included posting all of my email messages on all my social media outlets (with 1000s of friends, who also have 1000s of friends) every minutes, every day Unless you are going to call to tell me that my money has been deposited in my bank, there's no point of you calling me Last month, both our hot water heater and furnace broke We had to spend our entire savings on getting them fixed My tax return would have been here yesterday if it wasn't for [redacted] Now, my mortgage is due (AND SPENT WHEN FURNACE AND HEATER BROKE) I have to pay my $1,mortgage and car repairs of roughly $2,in addition to everything else If I lose my house because of this issue it's going to be a bug problem You have my bank account info If my tax return is not deposited today, the public will know

Horrible company that won't own up to their softwares mistakesThey charged me AFTER asking for and submitting the wrong information regarding the health exchangeThe lady I talked to told me that many customers are dealing with this and that I would not get refunded for a mistake they madeI had to hand write my taxes because of their mistake and MAIL them in! DO NOT USE TURBO TAX, THE COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF YOU AND WHEN THE GOVERNEMENT WONT ISSUE THE REFUND DUE TO TURBOTAX's MISTAKE TURBO TAX DOES A SAME DAY WITHDRAWL FROM YOUR ACCOUNT FOR THEIR FEES THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO COME OUT OF YOUR REFUND!
