We hired TAM HAMPSON 20/20 Design (Renovation Innovations Inc is the name on their work vehicles) in February of 2014 to design and build our house.
In March of 2015 we were contacted by the heating company we were using and they were claiming a lien on our property for work that had been done but not paid for. We paid the builder, but our money was not applied to our account. In April of 2015 the lien was filed on our property. We were forced to settle the lien ourselves and incur the legal costs ourselves.
In June of 2015 we called the city regarding inspections and were informed that a stop work order had been placed on our property on June 15, 2015 for unresolved issues dating back to failed inspections from June 2014.
