Introstem Reviews (%countItem)

I am agreed with Helen D. I went through a similar experience and the product I bought because they gave it to me in a fancy box and they put it into a pretty bag I did not check what was inside the two boxes until I got home and I went to use my two eye creams I bought; they were unsealed,in a better description they were open. I called the INTROSTEM by finding their phone number on the internet since I was not provided with a receipt; that's when I found out that their company policy was: "no returns". I filed a dispute with my credit card but I went no where, so that is why I want the Revdex.com to help me, and people to be careful. Why do you think they do not guarantee their products? If you go to a pharmacy and buy something that is not sealed, do you used it? nooooooo, you return it, right? When you are call into their store and you get a marvelous demonstration, that of course you as a woman, like what you see on your face, of course even if you think is too much money, no matter how, you buy it, that's what I did, but my mistake was not checking the package in front of them to return it right away. The worst part is that I was offered a free complementary facial. Again, let me empathize free. However, once you are literally trapped in their treatment room the free facial is nothing more than a high power forceful and abusive sales area for me to buy a magic heat infrared lamp. I was with my husband and they were very nice with us and even offered us to drink wine, I do not drink. But when the woman (Juanita) started to offered me to buy this lamp we explained we couldn’t afford the cost she became agitated and verbally abusive towards me saying that she expended a lot of time with me and she became dangerously feverish and harassed for wasting HER time. We just left the place with lots of difficulty; their major desire was not to give you a free complementary facial but to try to sell a magic heat infrared lamp. So be careful if you go to Solvang California.

I ended up being pressured so hard that I got that $4,000 infrared light. It actually does work, but I probably could have brought it for $500 somewhere else. It feels like it's made very cheaply and it might break one day. But it is working. I immediately regretted my decision. But of course there are no returns accepted. So I'm stuck with these free product that I got combined this expensive space lamp. Infrared light. My husband would be so mad like he knew how swindled by actually got.

I encountered this brand and their affiliate *** in Solvang, California. Let this be a warning to all who encounter this fraudulent company and major scam.
First the Instrostem product.
We encountered the sales clerk as we walked by the store. He offered us free samples and a free demo of his product. Let me emphasis FREE. Once he starts talking and applying the products red flags started to occur. 1. His accent changed. 2. He claimed he was trained skin care professional. But, there were no posted license from any local cosmetology school. When I explained I was allergic to Vitamin E and had specific allergies he changed his sales pitch to match my allergy. WRONG. 3. The free product turned out to be a $300 (out of the store) gimmick— they claim that if we bought it off their website it would cost us double. The way it is set up is you are forced to purchase the free sample since, “he can’t use it.” Okay fine.....
Once we purchased Introstem product we were than offered a free complementary facial. Again, let me empathize free.
However, once you are literally trapped in their treatment room the free facial is nothing more than a high power forceful and abusive sales pitch for their *** facial wand. Again red flags started. 1. NASA does not approve facial or skin care products. 2. The FDA does not approve facial or skin care products. 3. Telling the customer they are lazy about their skin care is being a bully. 4. The magic heat lamp is not worth $10,000 or even $6,000 or even $1,000. 5. Any licensed cosmetologist would not allow a dog into their treatment room. We are had ours with us. HINT HINT!! 6. Cosmopolitan Magazine doesn’t give out awards for this kind of stuff.
Multiple times I asked her how much the *** wand would cost. Each time her accent became real thick and she side stepped the question. She only picked up on my skepticism when I proceeded to end the session. That is when she became frantic and more forceful with her sales pitch. At one time she accused my Husband, who was with me, for wanting to keep me ugly. When my Husband gently tried to explain to her the first time we couldn’t afford the cost she became frantic and verbally abusive towards him. He had to raise his voice to get her stop her abusive words. She became dangerously frantic and flustered.
Another dangerous and scary tactic both of these sales clerks did was positioning themselves in ways that if you tried to leave you would have to knock them over or brush by them. I made the excuse to go to the bathroom but aligned my personal stuff for an easy exit. My Husband picked up the cue and prepared to leave.
As we left she literally screamed at us for wasting HER time and entering HER store under false pretense. I don’t know what else was exchanged as I quickly fled with my dog and ran down the street to get fresh air.
This company apparently is international as I found complaints about them from Sydney, Australia, Maui, Hawaii, Canada and Mexico. They are also in the United States and claim to be from Los Angeles.
We lucked out and picked up on the scam early and didn’t buy the wand. But, I read that others had and either never received it or it was broken.
Customer services for both *** and Introstem is non existent and there is only a recording. What website they were showing was also a fraud.
I know I can’t my 2 hours back but I would like to get my $300 back. In addition this company needs to be shut down and investigated. How many people have been lured to purchasing these expensive item? This is a scam.
When I got home with our “free” $300 dollar Introstem product I compared it with my children's Proactive. Literally, same ingredients.
Check out *** The complaints on this European *** is identical to what we experienced.
Customer and community beware.
