Review: This company was founded by [redacted]. I found out about this company through an article I read and decided to contact her on Facebook telling her I respect her work and I admire what she has accomplished for a living. To show support for her company, I placed an order on February [redacted] 2014, for a valentines day cake for my boyfriend. I was suppose to meet with her at 12pm on February **, 2014 to get the cake. On February **, I showed up at the location at 12pm and she didn't show. It wasn't until I was on my home at 12:30pm that she told me she was at the location and it was too late for me to turn back. Long story short, I never got the cake. She spoke with me later on apologizing for her tardiness and told me I would get a refund later on that day. It is now March **, 2014 and I never got a refund. PayPal has sent me emails that there is not enough funds in her a bank account to grant me a refund and whenever I tried to contact her I don't get a response. I reached out to her for several weeks, she blocked me on Facebook, she doesn't return my phone calls and she is vague when I tried to reach out to her through email.Desired Settlement: I would like for Ashleigh to take my situation very seriously and do the right thing and refund me of the cake order I placed with her. I would really appreciate it if she get's in contact with me and take care of the situation in a professional and mature manner.
Review: I ordered Liquor infused cake pops from this company via the internet on April **, 2014. I wanted them by April [redacted], 2014 for an event I was hosting. The representative told me via email that they have a drop off location in Grand Central station in NYC. I had to change my time to pick it up. After I went to the drop off location and they told me that no one drop anything there in my name. At that time I didn't have a phone number for them only a email & Facebook page I did message them right away. They responded to tell me that they had a delivery person waiting in front of the drop off location. I explained to them that I was running late & I wasn't available to make it there in time I wanted to schedule another pick-up. I changed my mine because of the lack of communication on their part I requested a refund. They told me to go through pay pal. After I put a claim via paypal my case was dismissed due to their policy because it was customized. I emailed & called them still no response I just want my refund of $30. I pray your able to assist me.Desired Settlement: I would like my $30 the amount paid for the cake pops
Review: I've placed a order for catering services for a leatherette party for 6/*/2013. Due to a fire this business was unable to perform any services. I spoke to a [redacted] and [redacted] in regards to a refund or credit. Both [redacted] and [redacted] agreed but never processed the refund or credit. For the passed two years I've made several attempt via, e-mail, phone, [redacted] and in person. All were unsuccessful.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in cash, or credit.

Review: I ordered from intoxicake nyc in December 2013 for Jan 2014. There was a snow storm that hit in between the date of the order and pick up. I got a text message from the company advising that the union square location was not available and that I had to pick up my order from Mount Vernon NY a little over an hour away from my location from NY. I got to location of Swirl and Sweets to find out that it was a delivery location for another customer and that the rep had left. I contacted the company to find out where the delivery individual was she advised because I was late a little over 5 minutes that she left. I picked up my order from an apartment complex called the Monticello's and the rep [redacted] advised me that the cupcakes were complimentary from intoxicake and to contact [redacted] for my refund. I called that following monday [redacted] stated that the refund would not be an issue and that if I was still willing to write a good review after my experience and would grant me my refund. I did not receive my refund after that call. I have called repeatedly and still have not rectified this matter. I contacted them off and on since then and I have yet to obtain my refund. I have attempted to contact the company via [redacted] I was advised to call their Paypal agent I sent copies of what the rep advised me I was then told that the refud would take anywhere from 10-14 business days that never happened I reached out again via [redacted] I have yet to get a reply I called and left a message this past Friday and I got a call back the rep phone had bad reception and that she would call me back I have yet to hear back from this rep. I was offered a store credit however that was not what was told to me so I declined the offer. I dont know any other way to fix this matter without fililng the complaint.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the amount I spent credited back to my card in that amount of 59.70
