I am rejecting this response because: the sales person [redacted] said, "We legally do not have to disclose that we do not offer monetary refunds." And I did not see such disclosures near the cash register. Perhaps it should be larger or should have been there when I was at the store.

Review: I went to Intimacy Bra Fitters on Wednesday April 29th for a bra fitting. I purchased 3 expensive bras and a swim suit (total $435). When I got home and retried the bras on, I realized that they did not fit properly. So I came back the next day to return the 3 bras. The swim suit did fit nicely. I was told that I could not get a full refund but I could get store credit. I explained to the sales person that had I been aware of this policy I would have thought twice about my purchase. She told me that legally they did not have to disclose the policy. It was written on the receipt, which at that point is too late to disclose their policy. Honestly, even though I came home with bras that fit a bit better than the ones I initially came home with, I am not 100% happy. I tried on numerous bras and was not completely satisfied with any of them. So I had to pick something so I did not lose my money. I wish I could get a full refund. They need to also create a sign which states their "no refund, only store credit" policy.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the bras that I purchased. And they need to create a sign to prevent this from happening to others.
