-air mattress, 8 wks in, defective
-contacted intex, followed their return instructions, after sending, they changed their mind on the process
-customer service is non-existant, product is poor quality, warranty admin process is completely broken beyond repair
-DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR $$$

I just recently bought a new liner for my 18"x48" metal frame poolI bought it in replacement parts web page It arrived and it has holes instead of two like my old liner I called customer service and asked about this and I was told that it was a new design and I should have bought the new fittings There was no reference to this when I purchased the liner So I purchased new fittings, another $later, and searched the web site for directions on how to assemble the new fittings on this new designed liner There was no video or instructions anywhere I finally called for the third time and asked if there was any information available to help me with this new set up Finally two weeks later they took my address to send me a manual for the new design Only one more week to wait for that I think I will try to figure this one out on my own I will never buy another intex pool The pumps are the worst, I had to replace mine within the first year I bought a real pool pump from a real pool company and it works great Yes the customer service folks are from China, nice but not fluent English I would buy from a different company if I were you I am going to inform the businesses that sell these pools how awful the customer service truly is and how weak the product is in the first place
