for not being able to pick the pallets up earlier, he was polite and understanding then received a
call from [redacted] on [redacted] demanding that I give her the refund on the pallets an
I tried to explain to her we do not give refunds until the pallets have been picked up or returned.
At this point had she been respectful to me I would have said I apologize again for not getting
the pallets pickup I would have offered her a full refund which would have been [redacted]
Our Company policy regarding pallet refunds is [redacted] per pallet if you return the pallet to
NBQT in good condition and [redacted] per pallet if we are required to pick them up.
