The order was paid by check.  The refund will go out in the mail next Friday, October 17, 2014.

I have processed a refund for $60.00 which will go out in the mail on Friday.

The order will be canceled.  We will process a refund and also reimburse the customer for the overdraft fees.  I will need the customer to send me proof that the check has been deducted from her account and something showing the overdraft fee.  The customer can send this information...

to my email address:  [redacted]@hotmail.com.  Once I receive this information I can process the refund.

I will cancel this order.  The customer states there were two checks written.  Is there another receipt number for the second check?  I need both receipt numbers in order make sure both checks are canceled.  The checks will be voided and returned to the customer.

The publishers have been notified to cease delivery of this magazine.  The customer's information will not be used or shared.
