Thank you for bringing this matter to our attentionRelated to the leak referenced, we (and a pluming subcontractor) assessed the leak and confirmed the leak was located beyond the limits of the scope of work we were contracted to repairWe discussed our findings with our client/POC (point of contact) for the HOA upon completion of our assessment of the leak and again upon notice of this complaintWe confirmed their agreement of our assessment and findings that the leak was not/is not our responsibility to repair.Please note: The homeowner did sign a Statement of Work Complete on November 2, that confirms/states “I have inspected the work performed by Interstate Restoration and/or its designated Subcontractor(s)” and “All work has been completed to my satisfaction” and “No items of work remain to be corrected or completed.” In addition, Interstate Restoration did not have a direct contract with the homeowner and did not perform the asbestos abatement or demolition work; therefore, Interstate had no involvement with associated delays or disposal of personal property.Thank you,
