I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The Ford dealer, which serviced my vehicle within weeks before the towing and found no signs of trouble, diagnosed problems with the power steering and related to compressor/pump which also services the air conditioning.The repairs are completed, required replacement and repairs to the pumps and hoses, were identical to other repairs the dealership has done when trucks like mine (power steering pumps/hoses requiring replacement after being towed from the rear)  are improperly towed as it was here,  and cost thousands of dollars.I showed the tow truck driver the pages form the owners manual indicating in clear language to NOT tow that truck from the back yet he ignored it, crowing about his "14 years" of experience. 
The bottom line is that the driver illegally accessed the garage, illegally towed the truck and negligently hooked it up to his truck, causing thousands of dollars in damages.Moreover, the tow company has done nothing to address my concerns that their rogue driver still has my remote to access my  garage, making  the situation extremely stressful every time I leave my truck overnight when I fully expect retaliation from  these folks. They had no pause to illegally access and tow my truck once, there is no reason to not expect they will repeat that as a form of punishment for me speaking out.
