When setting up the move, was promised that I would receive my items by 5/21 because I was starting a new job in a new city while I knew no one. Salesman was aware of the circumstance and told me it would get done. Whenever I have contacted them (since 5/18), they have been really hard to get in reach with. Originally not answering calls, then being aloof on emails. Finally I was getting answers, but I kept being told that they have no idea where my stuff is or when it will be delivered. On 5/22 I was told that my things are in Ohio and should be here "any day now." Today (5/23) I called and was told it wouldn't be here until at least Tuesday 5/29.

Throughout this whole process the staff has been extremely unresponsive, unhelpful, and condescending. Before I officially booked them I told them I was going to move my things myself to ensure a good price and that my things would be there on time. Then I was called back by Interstate and told by the salesman that he made a bunch of calls and they could get it all done the way I was asking. Now I am sleeping on my floor and I had to buy new clothes in order to be able to go to my new job due to the false promises.

Going into this situation the salesman was constantly calling me to get my business, spinning stories about why I should trust his company over the others, and his company ended up doing exactly what he promised they wouldn't and now will not respond to my queries.
