Our tech, Josh Benvides came out same day (as requested) just to assist me while my husband was away on business with adjusting the thermostat they installed a few weeks prior to heat from cooling, just as the cold began. I am in a wheelchair and am basically alone when my husband is away despite having renting house mates. This company over all has been very understanding of my needs, sending techs out same day because of my health issues. I am very grateful also for the secretary staff because they made sure I was assisted same day, even calling me to encourage me to call to ask for same day. May God bless all working there and this company.
