TNS has called our office times in totally wishing to conduct a surveyThis is a busy optometrist office with patients coming in and outThe first times I answered their questions to the best of my knowledgeThe questions were regarding telephone and internet serviceI told them on the 2nd call that I had to go because they were taking up minutes of mine time that I didn't have and politely said not to call againI am the office manager who handles billing, claims, accounts, patient check in/check out, and answering the phoneThe last week of May I received a 3rd call asking to finish this surveyI told them the last time I wasn't answering anymore questions and to please take our office off their call listI received a call today, Wednesday 6/1/16, wanting to finish the surveyI said to the man that I told someone to take us off the call list and asked for the company's full nameI told him to stop calling and now this is a form of harassmentI also told him that I would be filing a formal complaint

The first 2 times I answered their questions to the best of my knowledge. The questions were regarding telephone and internet service.
