Had this companys people answering the phone returned my calls,this would have been resolved months ago.instead al I got was Lies ! This started in November when I called to cancel the monitoring service I had with Interscape, reason being, my alarm went off a few times and I didn't receive a call either times from them, which led me to believe that they weren't monitoring my homeI intern, called to see why , their rep [redacted] , who , never can answer a simple question as to why , and do I still have service with interscape? Told her I received a letter from interscape stating that in November if I didn't upgrade my system to the new stating if I didn't , my system would not workShe did however after I didn't get a call back, two days later I called , she said that I was under a contract, and could not cancel until August and how much to pay out the contractI asked her why should I owe them if the system wasn't working?
