Review: I purchased a Morphie juice pack plus, 8/*/13. I went to the store 8/**/13 complaining that the unit did not. I was told that I didn't turn on the correct switch and thats why it didnt work. The next day it stopped working again. I returned to the store and I was told the unit burned out. I have the original box and I paid 55.00 in cash (credit cards are not accepted). I was told without a receipt I won't be able to exchange or return.Desired Settlement: Itemized receipt, return/exchanges verbally communicated, distinguish between refurbished and new products. I'm asking that the company exchange my product for a new unit. Two people from the cafe worked on the unit and still did not work.
