Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: David N [redacted] (web designer) told me that I wasn't to edit the site because he didn't want me [redacted] up his work Then from oct to January my site was down When ever I went to the page it said webpage unavailable I also couldn't get into my back office to make edits to my site When I went to that page it said the same thing website unavailable I called and emailed him many times during that time with no answer to help me I wasn't trying to slander his company I was just trying to get him to do what he said that he would do This is his last email to me: On Feb 3, 2016, at 2:PM, Customer Support wrote: ***, at this point in time you are going to have to take your website and host it off of our serversI will send you a zip file with all of your web files and from there it's up to youAt this point in time we will not tolerate any more of your attempts to slander our company, or cause problems for usAt this point in time iBrD is actually shut downThe e mail will be sent today and we will give you a hour time frame before we delete your files Now to get out of his responsibilities to clients he's going to shut IBRD down Is all I wanted him to do is a few edits and this leads to the shut down of the company I paid $for IBRD to do and help me with my website After a year they shut down We were supposed to develop a working relationship When David and partner Danielle took over the company went down The people before them were decent to work with from our server Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:  I'm now I the process of getting information from this company so I can switch hosts.  He can't seem to send me the right information.  I sent him a list of what's needed and he sends me my whole file.  I tell him that I don't understand any of these files and if he could find the information it would be greatly appreciated.  But he still sends me the whole file.  He assumes that I understand all the IT work and over and over I tell him I don't.  He wants to get rid of me but he won't help me.  This company is so screwed up I just don't understand how there in business.  The recovery that they were suppose to get me is just gone now   Danielle  S[redacted] was suppose to do the recovery and I just don't hear from her any more.  This is the main reason that I signed up with this company.  Now they want to get rid of me and that's it.  
I still want a $3000 refund out of the $5740 that I paid. Sincerely,[redacted]

Now to get out of his responsibilities to clients he's going to shut IBRD down.  Is all I wanted him to do is a few edits and this leads to the shut down of the company.  I paid $5740 for IBRD to do and help me with my website.  After a year they shut down.  We were supposed to develop a working relationship.  When David and partner Danielle took over the company went down.  The people before them were decent to work with.

We have contacted [redacted] and have resolved all issues relating to his complaint. At this point in time we are waiting for [redacted] to contact the Revdex.com to resolve this issue.
