International Warehouse Services intentional have delayed the service on our container, for several days, this intentional delay by the service provider has caused us several financial impacts, as third party companies have also charged us for the excessive time International Warehouse Services hold our container, this include shipping line demurrage fees, terminal demurrage fees, equipment rental fee, and many other fees. International Warehouse Services also overcharged us on their services, just a month prior to this date, they have charged us for the same services approximately 30% less.
It looks like they operate in a malicious way, and intentional delay their services to make the customer be financial penalized. Also this company International Warehouse Services is the only company that can make the inspections services for US customs on this port, so the fully take advantage of this situation, with overcharges, intentional delays, and bad service.

Billing Adjustment Since we experienced several charges related to the intentional hold of our container by International Warehouse Services, and for the overcharged bill from International Warehouse Services, we request a full compensation for those other charges on the amount of $2,500.00.

We are a inspection service provider for U. S. Customs ( CBP ). We are under contract with CBP and all our billing for our services must comply with our Government contract therefore the statement made about inconsistent billing rates is incorrect and can be proven.
Regarding intentional delay in service, CBP determines, controls and supervises the amount of time a container is out our inspection warehouse. The complaint states that we intentionally delayed the service is incorrect and can be proven.
I also want to add that the company that filed the complaint Miyar Int'l Brokers owes us $ 2,895 of which $ 2,700 of the total due is over 120 days past due.

First of all, our company, the company who filled the complaint is Easy 2 Buy Distributors LLC, as you can verify on the complain case, we also do not own any payments to IWS as of 06/16/2020.
The intentional delay on the services performed by IWS can be proven by the U.S. Customs (CBP) agents of Port Everglades. We have contacted CBP numerous times during between May 22, 2020 and Jun 02, 2020, CBP officers confirmed that they have requested our container to be inspected, but unfortunately IWS didn't complied with official CBP request, and intentionally delayed the inspection process. The amount of time that the container was in possession of IWS was considerable, and incurred several extra costs to our company, such as port fees, container fees, ship line demurrage fees, and many other fees that would't be charged to our company if the inspection service was provide when requested by CBP in a reasonable time. We also can prove with IWS documentation, that the container was in possession of IWS on 05/28/2020 and ready to be inspected, but it was intentionally delayed by IWS for several days.
So on this case we clearly see the that IWS intentionally delayed the inspection service, and must reimburse us for the costs occurred due to the intentional delayed service.

I am willing to resolve this issue if the consumer can prove two statements that is the essence of their complaint:
1. Prove that the CBP agent said IWS intentionally delayed this particular inspection.
2. Prove that the CBP officers requested the container to be inspected and IWS denied their request.
If the consumer can not prove these statements then they are not true and this complaint should be terminated.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
As evidence of the intentional delay made by IWS, we have attached on previous reply the document issued by IWS (file name "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.pdf") showing our container in possession of IWS since 05/28/2020 ready for the inspection, but the inspection being performed only several days later than this date due to intentional delay of IWS. So on this case it is proven IWS intentionally delayed the inspection of our container, that incurred several expenses to our company. As IWS affirms on their previous communication that they are willing to solve this case, we request IWS to reimburse us for the expenses we are claiming.

I asked the consumer to prove the two points they originally stated. Their recent response never answered / proved the two points requested.
As stated previously, IWS does not determine when containers get inspected, this is controlled by CBP
and the consumer is trying to blame IWS in order to recoup some of the inspection costs.
There is no further correspondence needed in the complaint.
