HelloI am the exclusive importer and distributor of Naturtint for the last years The website we use is [redacted] I have researched order # [redacted] This order is from and is for only box of Naturtint hair color It doesn't appear the hair color is being purchased directly from my company If for any reason someone is not satisfied with our brand they can return it to the place of purchase for a full refund On 6-5-Candice contacted our call center The manufacturing process was explained to her A year ago we have added a scale that will halt the production process if a Naturtint kit does not weigh the correct amount Prior to this modification batch testing/weighing was conducted during and after each batch was bottled Each developer bottle contains oz of fluid The developer has a thick consistency and as much as of an oz (over half an ounce) will stick to the sides of the bottle Each kit is meant for use only Some people decide that they want to mix or split the kit in half The first ounce will pour out easily with the first use We recommend to tightly seal the lid onto the bottle and store upside down This ensures that the entire remaining ounce is available for the 2nd application.I personally visit and inspect the manufacturing facility on an annual basis Very strict procedures are in place to ensure accuracy and consistency The manufacturer's facility is certified ISO(Quality management) and they are also certified with [redacted] (Good Manufacturing Practices) Millions of boxes are sold every year into the U.Smarket Overall we receive very few complaints I would make sure Candices's hair dresser is not using too much developer It is actually recommended to use 25% less developer for resistant gray hairLess developer actually makes the solution stronger.On 6-5-we sent Candice a free box of hair color Her package was delivered to the front desk of her building on 6-8-17....At this time I cannot authorize any additional compensation Please see attached documents.Thank you,Brenda ***PresidentInternational Trade Routes [redacted]
