I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.I am surprised that the batch codes are not expired. I want to make sure the business was looking at the right items I am complaining for. I also want to make sure the business replaces the correct items. Please see the attached receipt. I bought 4 items. It is the 2 items having the same item# 219571 that I am complaining about. Also, how can I let the business know my detailed address so that they can ship the replace products to me? I really appreciate your help with this matter.

We investigated the batch codes of the merchandise with the Company [redacted] and the products are not expired but due to the client dissatisfaction with the product, [redacted] Company will replace both units...

for the client.[redacted] does not have the merchandise in stock to replace at this time. They are trying to resolve the issue at the earliest convenience for the client. They will check with [redacted] in France to see if they can make an exception and ship the merchandise directly to the client, otherwise they will have to receive the merchandise in the United States in Miami and then ship to the client. International Shoppes is focused on customer service and we want to make customers happier than when they came in to the store. I will reply back to you once I have the final expected date to receive the merchandise.
