International Palms Resort and Conference Center

I stayed at this hotel in aug 2014, there were adults and young children the first night was not good because we were allocated rooms in the tower and I was concerned for the children's safety
Its a long drop and the kids are at the climb anything age
I complained and the next day we were moved to more suitable accommodation, yes the rooms looked a little dated, however the whole experience was good, the staff were helpful and courteous at all times, the cleaning staff in particular were even more so
I have seen a lot of bad reviews and cannot understand why, I doubt the hotel has changed so much since we stayed their to warrant such bad review's
Our holiday was our first ever trip to Florida and as far as we were concerned the hotel only enhanced our holiday experience
the only negative is that they should not allocate rooms in the tower to families with young children it only takes seconds for a small child to climb the barrier on the walkway and a child could be seriously hurt or worse
to the staff at this hotel we say a big thank you we think you are great
