The original complaint was that services were not rendered in a timely fashionThe owner and I texted back and forth for several days as to when he would complete services at my mother's homeAfter a week of no shows, a day and time were setI went to my mother's home to meet himI waited for hours for someone to show up with no availFinally, the owner's brother came out to cut the grass and remove a small treeI asked him about topsoil as it did not look like any was put downHe told me he did not knowI texted Luis (name I was given as the owner) and asked him about itHe called me and said it was doneI told him it didn't look like it and he argued that it was done and that I could call the company he got it from if I wantedI asked him for a name and number and all he said was Petros (i believe)I could not find a number so I texted him asking for this information with no responseI filed the complaint that day9/I received a call from the receptionist [redacted] about the complaint filed and she asked what resolution I wantedI said that I would like a portion of the fee charged refunded because of the inconvenience and time it took and lack of communication on the business' partShe asked if I would meet with Luis and I told her I did not feel comfortable with an in person meeting because of the tone he portrayed the last time we had spokenI agreed (reluctantly) to a phone call conversation and told her to please have him contact meI never received a callI called her back on 9/to let her know that I did not get a call from him and she gave me his cell to which I left a message for a call back that I never got

*** called from the business stated that she tried to reach out to Ms*** in regards to the complaint to find out exactly whats going onShe stated that Ms*** yelled at her the entire time and stated she wants not further contact from the business*** stated that before
any type of resolution can be offered they need to know exactly what is going onMs*** can reach out to the business directly to discuss further information with them
