On 12/11/I contacted Dumbwaiter for a $gift cardThey stated they would be happy to mail it to me since I am unable to drive downtownI never received the gift card and when I contacted them on 12/18/they admitted they mailed it to the wrong address (they left my apt # off)There was no way for me to locate the mailing if my apt # was not on thereThey stated they would refund my $and took down my credit card information once againI still to this day have not received a refundI spoke with them on 12/26/and they stated they had to wait until the gift card was returned and they just received it back and would refund my card and destroy the paper they wrote my information onI still have not received a refund and the manager will not come to the phoneHe has the hostess call me each timeSo now they have my $and the gift cardI just want my refund that I was told they would do
