I have been contacting First Respond Furniture to confirm if they are the approved vendor for Natuzzi Leather and scheduling of service, unfortunately there was no one from First Respond to answer calls and messages have left daily since Friday, 8/**/15 and have not been able to communicated with a live person.  The issue is still outstanding until the technician resolves the problem at the cost of International Furniture Inc.  Please have First Respond to contact myself ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### for scheduling service.Sincerely,[redacted]?

International Furniture Company technician came to inspect the sofa but was only inspect on one defect of the sectional sofa and concluded the defect was made by the consumer, spillage of liquid.  The defect was on all of the connecting sectional areas and we did not have any spillage of any liquid on the sofa.  International Furniture accused of consumer wrong doing and this is unacceptable and needs to continues  to the next step.  We still stand for the full exchange of the complete units or full refund. Please see the attached photos.

Review: We have bought a sectional Natuzzi Edition sofa from International Furniture Co., located in [redacted], on 9/**/14 for $3,600.00 and was delivered and installed on 9/**/14. Within months, We found out that the sectional sofa was becoming deteriorated, and started to ripped between the sections. We reported the issue to the store Assistant Manager, Sue C[redacted], who sold the product at the time. She did not escalate the issue and advised to come back to speak with the store manager. We took pictures of the defective parts and return to the store. They were acknowledge of the problem and still refuse for replacement. It is unbelievable that this store actually sell a defective product or floor sample for the full price. I demand to have this product replace or issue a full refund.Desired Settlement: Natuzzi Italia sofas are guaranteed by Made in Italy that ensures exceptional craftsmanship and durability and it is well known for best and strong leather. The store either delivered a floor sample or non-Natuzzi product. I demand to have this product replace or issue a full refund.

We received your complaint and tried to resolve the issue with [redacted] on his purchase of a Natuzzi leather sectional purchased on 9/**/2014. On Saturday 7/**/15, International Furniture sent out a technician to fix the issue but [redacted] refused the service and demanded a full refund of the couch. My technician then instructed her if she didn't want the sofa repaired by him then she can have Natuzzi approved Leather repair service fix the issue. I spoke to my technician which visited the premise where the couch in question is, and his personal opinion is the damage was not a defect but looked like something was spilled in between the cushion and not dried properly and overtime became adhered to the leather. All our merchandise is brand new and we do not sell any floor samples to customers without the customer fully disclosed that they are purchasing is a floor sample which is sold at a discounted price. [redacted] A319 sectional was brand new. International Furniture still wants to resolve it for her and will get First Response Leather care which is a Natuzzi Editions approved to fix the issue...After our technician assessment which is deemed negligent on the consumers part, we can't offer any refund but willingly will pay for the repairs at this point from First Response Leather Repair. International Furniture will schedule Natuzzi approved First Reponse Furniture located [redacted] (telephone ###-###-####) You can call them to confirm that they are the approved vendor for Natuzzi in which they will resolve the issue to standards of Natuzzi Editions line...I will have First Response Furniture set it up with [redacted] to schedule an appointment to resolve the issue...
