Horrible customer service. I ordered and only recieved half my order. I notified the company and they said to check with ups. The items shipped together and half got lost. Ups even said it. The company refuses to send a replacement or refund the money. This is almost 2 months since I ordered. They refuse to fix the situation and seem to not care. I wouldn't recommend at all.

Upon opening an 8.5 lb of Banana Chips, I grabbed a couple and saw a piece of black hair in between the chips. I found this to be very disgusting. I informed their customer service with proof of receipt and photo as they requested. I informed the company that I would like a refund because this happened in their plant and they told me they wouldn’t refund me.
