Buyers beware. On 8/14/23 I telephoned Jake, the client advisor, regarding the white Honda Accord I purchased from International Autos, 2400 S. 108th St. Milwaukee WI on 7/19/23. After the telephone called I sent this email to Jake and cc to Keith the financial manager. I asked that you email me a copy of the service record for the Honda I purchased while the vehicle was at your dealership and explained that the car would not start today and that the battery needed a jump. You informed me that the Carfax would list any services provided and that International Autos does not provide any service to your non brand vehicles, not even an oil change. I noted that the last oil change listed on the Carfax was 1/11/2021 and you agree that the information is correct. I asked if International Autos would replace the battery and was told used cars are sold as is, that this helps to keep the price down and said if I purchased a warranty it would replace the battery 👀. You spoke very smug throughout our conversation and snickered as you said goodbye. While purchasing the vehicle the financial manager spent more time on chit chat (distracting)rather than explaining the signed documents. 😒

Please inform me where I can write a formal review of your company or should I email to this address Search Results | International Autos Group

I bought my Audi Ain December, (months ago)Since this time, it has been in the shop times for reasons other than routine maintenanceThe car has 30,miles, and it has needed the rotors replaced TWICEThe staff at International Autos- Audi lack customer serviceI have left voicemails for service technicians, with no call backsThey do not have loaner cars available when neededIn addition, they do not stand behind their work/productI have had brake work done on the car, and they have forgotten to replace the brake fluidI have attempted to contact Audi of America in regards to my concern, but they push my concerns back on the dealershipI am a recent college graduate, who was hoping to find my loyalty brand, but after the past year with Audi, I will be giving my loyalty to another car brand

Purchased a Alfa Romeo Giulia from International Alfa Romeo in Milwaukee I was told by the salesperson that the car had Apple Car Play, and it stated on the window sticker that it should have Apple Car Play The car did not have Apple Car Play When I contacted the salesperson, I was told it would be about $to add the feature (MSRP is $200, though it should've been included in the car from the start) The dealer offered no further assistance to remedy the situation

Audi don't want to cover warranty,I ready paid for this service before, car never been fixed right at first time ,

A year ago I purchased a service contract, maintenance contract, as well as Gap Insurance for a vehicle I purchased at this dealershipRecently (this past July), I was involved in a car accident that resulted in a total loss for my vehicleI reached out to the dealership almost immediately to cancel and have my service and maintenance contracts refunded as well as have everything from my Gap insurance settledIt took until September 19th to get all the documentation I needed for my Gap claimOnce I was able to finally file everything, due to no response from the insurance company, I called and asked for an updateThey then informed me that they had nothing filed for me because I either had been sent to the wrong insurer or the claim was never filed by the dealerIt is now October 10th, my accident was July 24th and I still cannot get this issue resolvedI still have a balance at the bank that financed the car I no longer have and I am still getting charged interest for all

Ms [redacted] purchased a Porsche Cayenne from our West Allis campusAt time of purchase, the vehicle had 130,miles on it, and was sold “as is.” All applicable warranties have long since expired. Before sale the dealership “safeties” all used vehiclesThis is merely to ensure that the vehicle is “safe” to driveTires, brakes and general function are all checkedAnything that happens to a vehicle after it has been sold “as is” is not the responsibility of the dealership. At this time, Ms [redacted] does have her vehicle back after it was towed to International Autos, then subsequently to International Porsche in Waukesha and repaired

We feel badly for Mr [redacted] and would like to address his concernsOne of our most Senior Audi Technicians inspected and disclosed the vehicle properly including the value added repairs we performedA local muffler shop quoted us the repair price for the exhaust work that was needed, which again, was disclosed properly The repair Mr [redacted] authorized after purchase could never be verified by us as he lives well outside our area of businessRegardless, this car was also sold like the majority of older cars "As Is" and properly disclosed as such on all purchase documents Our internet price isn't based on any suggested book value but rather the Used Car MarketplaceWe use VAuto, a National Used Car Pricing Company which is the largest in the Nation to price inventory within a radius of milesOur internet price was online and was the reason Mr [redacted] contacted us to begin the process of purchasingMr [redacted] also didn't pay our advertised price, as he made an offer of $10,to buy our car which was roughly $less than our advertised priceWe accepted his offer with a full disclosure as well Lastly, we do not accept credit cards for a payment source, just as with most other dealers

[redacted] , [redacted] at International Toyota, did send the customer the gift card as promised, but not in timely manner Therefore, we regret any inconvenience this may have caused and extend our sincerest apologies We respectfully request that the Revdex.com close this case satisfactorily Thank you in advance International Autos Group Management

This car was sold as a Mercedes-Benz CPO on the 8th of November with [redacted] miles We did do some repairs on the wheels in October when it was certified Customer test drove the car with no complaints and came back to pick it up another dayAfter delivery, they said there was a dent, we fixed it no chargeThey complained of a noise when driving which we diagnosed on December as tire noise, but tires were within Mercedes-Benz CPO measurement requirementsWe did not diagnose a bent wheelIn February, with [redacted] miles now on the car, the customer stated they had taken the car elsewhere and they had diagnosed with a bent rim We agreed to fix the bent rim, and did so on the 9th of FebruaryThis was miles after original deliveryI did not question the customer, however it is entirely possible that the bent rim occurred anytime after delivery, through no fault of our own We paid to have the bent rim repaired, and for the re balance of the tireWe also offered to have the company who repaired the rim speak with the customer to detail what was done, I don't believe that happened [redacted]

Please note that Ms [redacted] had her vehicle towed to our service center with a check engine light being on We inspected and diagnosed vehicle and found that the Accelerator Pedal Module was faulty Client does have a 3rd party extended warranty, however they will not cover that repair, as she only has Powertrain coverage Since purchasing vehicle, client has had a battery replacement One tire was replaced due to a roadhazard, that was covered with a $deduct from the Wheel and Tire coverage that she purchased She also had a water pump failure that was covered by her extended warranty with a $deduct I believe client may have contacted BMW Customer Relations about a possible repurchase, which was denied She did purchase a used vehicle with 72k at time or purchase and vehicle is not eligible for a repurchase Client declined to have repairs made at this center and had vehicle towed out to a different center for repairs If the repairs were covered by her extended warranty, she could have been provided with a rental car, and towing charges would have also been covered We are unable to cover these repairs for her, but would have worked with her as best as we could to make the repairs to her vehicle Tell us why here

I purchased this vehicle a Cayenne Porsche truck from International autos I found the car on the internet; upon finding the vehicle I ran the Carfax The Carfax stated that the vehicle was in excellent condition, no accidents showed the servicing dates and what was being serviced, etc I was confident I found an all around truck that was in my budget I emailed International Autos that I was interested that evening, I received a call the next morning At first Bill; the first salesperson I talked to couldn't locate the vehicle He called around, found the vehicle and informed which location to go to which was International Autos on 108th st I told him I would be there in an hourI preceded to get dressed and headed there I was greeted by front desk and they directed to Robert Hoffman salesperson We negotiated a price because I was going to pay cash for it But Rob directed to Mo ***- Business +Manager; who advised to me that he could get me financedI really didn

I initially brought my vehicle to them to have a diagnostic on 11/01/I was informed I needed a new battery in which I purchased and installed 11/27/to perform the diagnostic The next time I was contacted was 12/29/in which I was told my vehicle needed to replace spark plugs and a gas treatment and flushUnder the impression they've done the diagnostic and these we're the repairs necessary I gave them the go ahead, soon there after they contacted me again and notified me that there's a crack in my intake manifold which wasn't an issue upon arrival, at this point I halted all other repairs being that I should've been notified of all services necessary prior to any services renderedUpon threats of being ticketed and towed I soon there after made arrangements to pick my vehicle upUpon arrival I paid my balance only to find out the vehicle is now in worse shape then it was initiallyI look over my paper work and no where on it does it say a diagnostic was done and w

We purchased the incorrect car care service and dent-free service, along with a new car, because the sale person told us those were only optionWe originally wanted the service through Mercedes, not third party in November Later we finally found out December 2016, and then we called the company many timeswe were told they would help to solve the issue quickly, and cancel both and refund the moneyAlso would have the chance to purchase a discount car care service But till now, we were told they only cancelled car care maintenance service, but not dent free serviceWe would only get around dollars which was around one third of the money

We sold Mr [redacted] a Awhich was inspected by our senior-most Audi and Porsche factory-trained technician This car was safety inspected on RO 502414, where we quoted new tires and rear springsWe replaced tires and springs and road tested the carWe also noted a leak in the center muffler which was found during the safety inspection Sales department received a quote of to fix this issue We sold the car to this customer at his offer price of $10,000, and advised him of the exhaust repair cost and that we could sell it to him knowing as such He took delivery aware of this exhaust issue, and the financing delay was due to the customer requesting for a longer term than what is customary to finance a year old car The customer's credit score in this case is irrelevant in regards to the time it took to get approved for the financing, it was the term requestedThe customer drove the car to St Louis from Milwaukee and around for weeks before any issue arose After talking with our GM, we elected to not participate in any repair he initiated since it was sold AS IS and we could not verify the conditions in which the car was driven The Buyer's Guide was disclosed properly as illegal exhaust and a description of the problem which is our responsibility to do suchIt is important to know and remember that this car is years old As cars come in on trade, and a safety inspection is done, the items that come to our attention are always noted, or noted and repaired The whole premise of doing a safety inspection is to verify that the car is safe to drive The car has never been unsafe to drive There is no way to know or predict an issue such as this by doing a safety inspection It is the position of International Autos, Incthat there has been absolutely nothing unethical done, as all issues that we were aware of were properly and legally disclosed on the Buyer's Guide, and the customer knowingly purchased the car AS IS Any subsequent issues are not the responsibility of International Autos, Inc

Vehicle was towed, customer needed to replace the battery before we do any diagnostics as the battery was completely dead The vehicle was not in running condition upon arrival at the store. The spark plugs needed to be replaced in order to get the vehicle started - once the vehicle was able to start and we could do a proper diagnostic evaluation we presented the customer with the needed repairs and he declined to move forward

I am sending you this message as I had a extremely poor experience at the dealership below and I have yet to receive an apology or a response to my email and I do know the email went through. Please read below my compliant letter to International Auto- July 8, 2017 International Autos: This letter is to notify you about an incredibly insensitive experience I have encountered with your company. As a potential customer, I contacted your finance rep. ***, Saturday, June 24th regarding possibly purchasing an Audi. I wanted to verify if I would be approved for financing as I was uncertain due to an outstanding balance on the loan with my current vehicle. The ***/finance rep stated it all depends on the purchase and outstanding balance and stated to come in and look around. I knew what vehicle I wanted which was an Audi. I test drove the car and decided I wanted to purchase it. I filled out a credit application and I was informed to come in Monday afternoon around 5

Our paperwork is managed properly and legally per the state of Wisconsin as well as BMWThe issue you are referring to is just what we can see in the service side of things, which is all computer-basedThere is no issue with the mileage at times of service, as the mileage is read through the information stored on the key as far as BMW warranty is concernedEven if the mileage for your CPO was entered wrong by International BMW internally, the mileage recorded and stored in your key is how the CPO information is determined, not what International BMW types inThere is no way to alter that information, as it is stored with BMW for exactly this purpose, and not the dealership. If the issue here is the brakes, again, International BMW will state this: It is important to note that from the time of purchase of the vehicle in at miles until the most recent service visit the vehicle had been driven more than 15,miles and more than a years' time had passedDepending on the driving style of the customer(s) brake pad wear is recalculated by the vehicle's onboard computerHowever, when the vehicle is in for service, our factory-trained BMW technicians always also manually measure brake wear as wellThere is nothing suspicious about a computer recalculation, as this happens with every BMW sold since the inception if this technologyAs maintenance (which would include brakes) was declined these repairs are 100% the responsibility of the clientBMW is very specific on their certification process, and everything was up to factory-determined standards at time of purchase.International BMW will offer the brake service to the customer at cost, which is more than a 10% discount originally offeredAlthough this will be offered, International BMW does not take any responsibility for brake wear of customer vehicles
