Ms*** had the vehicle towed to our repair shop She knew that her vehicle had problems because Eric the manager from *** *** where her car was prior to being towed here refused to work on her car due to all the problems it had Ms*** was most definitely aware that
her car had problems and she had my personal cell phone number that she was calling me on daily to check on her car I stayed in very close contact with her regarding her vehicle She approved the work that was done over the phone and even told me that when I delivered her vehicle to her she would write me a check for the cost of repairs Now she is refusing to pay for her vehicle after we have fixed it

What the auto shop is offering me at this time is to pay $dollars for a car that is not runningThe car is in no driving conditions, they never stated they could not fixed nor presented me with an estimate or a plan for repairI am still trying to figure out why should I pay $900 dollars for parts and labor if my car can not be drivenI want my car back, cleaned because it has become filthy at the shop, so I can have it repaired by an honorable businessI thank *** *** for their contribution as it is true that they told me they would not fix my car
