Ordered a wreath 4 days in advance because I wanted to be sure the order came on time. Well, no order on the day promised, no one picked up the phone, or answered an email or responded to a direct message of their site. Then, the day before my service, an email shows up saying my order was cancelled and I was being refunded? Left me scrambling for a different provider which I did find locally who came through with flying colours. DO NOT USE KIM FLORIST EVER!
